  • Return & Refund Policy

    If a product needs to be returned because of damage or incorrect item & the customer does not want a replacement, then a full refund will take place.  

    If customer has changed their mind & would like to return, item cost will be refunded, but all shipping costs will be consumed by the customer. Refund will be issued as soon as the item is returned & in resellable condition. 

  • Shipping Info.

    Because items are special made & hand written notes upon shipping them can take up to 3 days to complete before shipping out. 

    Most items will be shipped out on a 5-7 day carrier, unless specified.
